Rooted in Azerbaijan, my journey into kebab craftsmanship began by learning directly from master local chefs across the country’s regions, each with its own traditions and flavors. I later traveled through Turkey to refine my technique and deepen my understanding of fire, seasoning, and balance. Today, I bring these traditions together to create kebabs that elevate gatherings, spark connection, and turn every meal into a shared celebration.
